BE

A visit to the ocean is good for the soul.  While watching the ocean, the whales and the rain, I realized these thing's days aren't ruined by bad weather.  I sat by the fire and sought to have an easy going spirit like these things that just continue to BE regardless of the outside circumstances.

The ocean doesn't care it is raining.
It keeps moving.
It keeps flowing.
The whale doesn't care it is raining.
It keeps swimming.
It keeps feeding.

The rain doesn't stop me.
It doesn't change my mood.
It doesn't ruin my plans.
I keep living.
I keep seeing.

The fire burns.
The waves crash.
The rain falls.
The dog rests.
I am here.

The dog doesn't care it is raining.
She keeps sleeping.
She keeps loving.
She knows I think of her and leaves the fire to sit at my feet.
It is good to BE.
